Another new project will be a purple gown. I have found some really beautiful fashion plates which I would like to recreate.

This is my inspiration:

I have a purple taffeta with cream embroidery and a purple satin which I was going to use for a robe a la polonaise, but now I think might use these fabrics for this gown.

I still need some cream coloured satin to make the details. Bodice pattern: haven't decided yet which. Skirt: probably TV225 fantail skirt.
