Maybe the robe a la polonaise of red taffeta will not be finished in time for my birthday party this saturday, so I decided to make a miniskirt out of the left over black and white stripes. It was supposed to be a circle-skirt, but I didn't have enough fabric left, so it's almost a circle-skirt.

After making it shorter, I trimmed the skirt with a black satin ribbon:

The skirt is finished! Zipper and hook-eye-closure attached and I've added some ribbons and black satin roses.
