After I made the corset of the green taffeta, I had plenty of fabric left to make the TV201 underskirt with the ruffle. To go with it, I made an TV305 overskirt out of black lace.

Patterns used:

TV201 1870's underskirt

After that I added a feather-trim to the top of the black taffeta bodice:
